Listen - Briefly:

Today, while at the beach 🏖 - during my LIVE - I drifted for a moment. Not carelessly. Actually - it was seamless. I was chatting with everyone - then there was radio 📻 silence. It was all good. I was looking straight to the east - nothing but breeze and ocean 🌊 .

What happened? I drifted / for only a moment but it felt like Eternality. Pure Joy!


Can we be intentional? Concentrate on - what it is you need ‘in’ your life. Plus, Meditate on - one (1) thing you need ‘removedfrom your life. Remember - meditation consist of carefully or deeply thinking about something.

Lately, have you considered what you need in your life? How about what or who you need removed from your life?


The objective is to get your Beach-Body 🏖Mindset in order. Remove distractions! I see nothing wrong with adding a need and removing a want. Often - you will find removing something you desired deleted - wasn’t actually a want - it was something that needed to be removed. It was the illness causing the symptoms (that topic coming soon). HOPEFULLY - you will read that again and catch it! Just saying..


Use today’s nugget as a moment to reflect on your / ‘must haves’ (needs) and ‘desires’ (wants).…That‘s it for now!
