Have you ever felt it? That quiet, undeniable nudge in your spirit? The one that makes you pause and say, “Something is about to happen.”

If you’ve ever watched the original Charmed, you’ll remember Phoebe Halliwell — the sister with premonitions. She’d get those flashes, those strong feelings that guided her toward preventing harm or creating peace. While it may sound like a curious comparison, I think about intuition in much the same way.

I call them my strong feelings — my intuitions.

Today, after service, I was able to validate this blog. I know that I operate in a powerful space of intuition. And truth be told, you do too. Intuition isn’t reserved for a select few; it’s deeply rooted in all of us. It comes from our beliefs, our culture, our life experiences. It’s the collection of everything that has shaped us, rising up in a whisper when we need it most.

But here’s the key: The beauty of intuition is in its ability to keep us present.

It’s more than a hunch. It’s an invitation — a call to action. It’s that powerful urge that says, “Do something with this feeling.” Sometimes that means speaking up. Sometimes it means staying silent. Sometimes it’s as simple as shifting your energy or your space.

But here’s the part we often overlook: When you act on intuition, do it with calmness.

Operate in peace. Lead with kindness. Stay in order.

I like to call that “obeying the law of the land while walking in your intuition.”

Because your intuition isn’t designed to create chaos — it’s there to bring peace, prevent harm, and guide you toward what is right. Just like Phoebe’s premonitions weren’t random, yours aren’t either.

So today, I encourage you: trust your strong feelings. Listen to them. They are often the map to the very peace you’re seeking.

Your intuition is your inner compass. It’s up to you to follow where it leads.
