This is a quick tangible read…
You are not behind. You are not losing ground. You just need to catch up—aka “Just Ketchup.”
What am I referring to? It’s simple.
We must know when to turn it off.
✅ The job.
✅ The discussion.
✅ The overthinking.
✅ The endless scrolling and surfing.
✅ The news.
✅ The “everything.”
If you truly desire a break, you must look yourself in the mirror and say:
“I am good. I know what I know. I’ve learned what I’ve learned. Now, it’s time to pause.”
Because here’s the truth:
🛑 The email will be there tomorrow.
🛑 The text message can stay on unread.
🛑 You can turn off those “read receipts” and not feel guilty about it.
Your body, your mind, your soul—your peace—need you to refuel.
The world will keep spinning. Life will still be there tomorrow. So tonight, right now, make the conscious choice to say:
“I can Ketchup. I’ve done all I need to do today. The rest will just need to wait.”
