Kindness

Kindness is a superpower and it is FREE.
While there are no true days of the .99 cent store or dollar store anymore — let’s be honest, inflation came for that too — kindness never dates itself. It never goes out of style, doesn’t run out of stock, and doesn’t need restocking. Kindness is timeless. It’s a universal language. Just like “no means no” — kindness needs no translation.
Kindness is truly described by the very definition of “free”:
“not costing or charging anything; given without payment.”
Let that sink in.
Because while the world has placed a premium on almost everything else — attention, time, even hope — kindness remains abundant. It’s what I call “free 99 cents” if you really need a price tag. You don’t have to be wealthy to offer it. You don’t need a degree to speak it. You don’t need permission to give it.

And what do you get in return?
A life of quiet abundance.
Kindness brings about some powerful personal results:
You sleep better.
You eat better.
You feel better.
When you pause and reflect, your thoughts naturally turn to how you can treat yourself and others better. Kindness doesn’t just change others — it sharpens you. Softens you. Strengthens you. It redirects your energy and aligns your spirit.
This blog is lovingly dedicated to those souls who lost their lives trying to save others from drowning. There’s a deep, sacrificial kindness in that act — the kind that doesn’t think twice, that moves before it calculates, that values another life as equally as its own. That is kindness in its purest form. And though the world lost them physically, their legacy of love and selflessness ripples far beyond the waters they reached into.
So today, let’s be amazingly kind.
To ourselves.
To strangers.
To those who don’t expect it.
To those who don’t always deserve it.
Because kindness is a superpower and it is FREE.
And the best part? You never run out.
